Regam-se com o vinagre e o vinho branco e temperam-se com os restantes ingredientes, sendo os alhos esmagados. Deixam-se os bifes ficar nesta marinada durante 3 horas pelo menos, virando-os de vez em quando.&lt;br /&gt;Na altura de servir, escorrem-se e enxugam-se os bifes e fritam-se em azeite ou óleo. A quantidade de gordura deverá ser a suficiente para fritar os bifes sem os deixar queimar. Retiram-se da frigideira e à gordura que ficou junta-se a marinada. Junte as batatas, que foram cozidas com a pele, e depois peladas e cortadas às rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;Junte o bacalhau escorrido.&lt;br /&gt;Mexa tudo ligeiramente, mas sem deixar refogar. Mistura-se, batendo, os ovos, o adoçante e o leite. Adiciona-se esta mistura aos ingredientes peneirados. Quando  se tiver um creme homogêneo e macio está bom .&lt;br /&gt;Hà parte  faz-se e adoça-se um café forte, e quente que se vai usar para molhar as bolachas.&lt;br /&gt;Para elas não ficarem a desfazer-se muito eu tenho o que lhe posso chamar um pequeno truque.Tenho o café bem quente, e mergulho a bolacha( uma de cada vez) ela faz bolhinhas quando mergulhada, assim que deixa de fazer bolhinhas está boa, não parece muito encharcada, mas depois a humidade espalha-se pela bolacha e ela fica mole, sem se desfazer..&lt;br /&gt;Então é assim , camada de bolacha embebida, camada de creme e por aí a fora até acabar ou o creme ou a bolacha..Eu  não faço camadas muito altas de creme, saõ só barradas as bolachas, para não ficar muito enjoativo, só na parte final é que ponho mais creme .&lt;br /&gt;Uma sugestão que fica deliciosa, mas que eu não tinha, é polvilhar todo o bolo com lascas de amêndoa torrada.&lt;br /&gt;Para o fazer, basta uma frigideira, a amêndoa lá dentro , com o lume brando e ir mexendo. Corte os pimentos em cubos e o chouriço em rodelas. Descasque os camarões em crú.&lt;br /&gt;    Num tacho, aqueça metade do azeite e frite o frango e a carne. Retire e guarde. Faça o mesmo ao chouriço, aos camarões e ao mexilhão.&lt;br /&gt;    Utilize o mesmo azeite para refogar a cebola, o alho, os pimentos, os tomates e as ervilhas. Tempere de sal e pimenta, deixe cozinhar uns minutos e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;    Leve ao lume 1,5 l de água com o caldo de marisco e deixe ferver.&lt;br /&gt;    Noutro tacho deite a outra metade do azeite. (fac.)&lt;br /&gt;    * 0,5 dl de azeite&lt;br /&gt;    * 1 dl de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;    * 0,5 dl molho de carne&lt;br /&gt;    * azeitonas pretas q.b.&lt;br /&gt;    * pickles q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;preparação::&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve a manteiga  o azeite, com os alhos pisados a lume forte numa frigideira para aquecer e fritar um pouco os alhos sem queimar.&lt;br /&gt;Introduza o bife e passe-o ao gosto bem ou mal passado.&lt;br /&gt;Retire o bife da frigideira tempere-o de sal e corte-o às tiras não muito grandes.&lt;br /&gt;Reduza o lume e adicione o vinho branco o molho de carne (caso não tenha molho de carne faça com 1/4 de de um cubo de caldo de carne) o piripiri.&lt;br /&gt;Deixer fervilhar um pouco +- 2 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Quase no fim dos minutos junte os bocados de bife misture e retire do lume.&lt;br /&gt;Ponha a carne e molho numa travessa.&lt;br /&gt;Decore com azeitonas pretas e picKles.&lt;br /&gt; junta-se meio litro de leite ou soja, deita-se nove colheres (sopa) de açucar, mexe-se muito bem com a colher de pau, deita-se o pau de canela e coze mais 10 minutos em lume brando mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enquanto o arroz acaba de cozer, põe-se numa tigela uma carteira de leite creme e três colheres de açucar, mistura-se bem e desfaz-se com o meio litro de leite ou soja que restou, junta-se ao arroz e mexe-se sem parar durante 10 minutos, em lume brando até engrossar completamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apague o lume e mexa ainda durante 5 minutos, deite em pratinhos de sobremesa e polvilhe com canela em pó, ou caramelo líquido (espalhando-o com um garfo).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;               Massa com atum no forno:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; -ingredientes para 2 pessoas:&lt;br /&gt;300 gr de massa (macarrão,cotovelos,espirais,etc.)&lt;br /&gt;2 latas de atum&lt;br /&gt;1 lata média de cogumelos laminados&lt;br /&gt;2 pacotes de natas pequenos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; -preparação:&lt;br /&gt;cozer a massa ao gosto (mais ou menos cozida)numa panela com sal a gosto(quem não tem mão para o sal pode pôr um caldo de galinha).&lt;br /&gt; após a massa estar pronta,escoar a água e nessa mesma panela acrescentar o atum aos bocados,os cogumelos e de seguida as natas.mexer devagar para o atum não se desfazer demasiado.de seguida colocar a mistura num tabuleiro e levar ao forno até começar a ficar dourado.quem gostar,antes de meter no forno,pode pulvilhar com queijo ralado.&lt;br /&gt;
